Lang ists her, seit ich die letzten Suchwörter gepostet habe. Inzwischen hat sich wieder ein bisschen was Reizendes angesammelt. Die gute Nachricht ist, es dreht sich immer noch das Meiste ums Stricken, nur ganz wenige Wörter befassen sich nicht damit. Ich bin also genügend präzise in meiner Interessenslage, richtig?

It has been  quite a long time, since I posted the last comments on google keywords. Meanwhile quite a bit has piled up. The good news is, that most of them deal with knitting, very, very few are about something else. So I'm quite focussed in my interest, isn't it?

Nunja, das kommt in den besten Familien vor: Man strickt einen Pullover, findet ihn prima, wäscht ihn, freut sich dran, zieht ihn an und bleibt drin stecken, weil Halsöffnung und Haupt in einem unlösbaren Widerstreit sich befinden.

Ich hätte zwei Lösungen dafür anzubieten, beide erfordern es jedoch, das Halsbündchen nochmals zu machen:

1. Aufziehen und lockerer neu stricken. Ein paar mehr Maschen können auch nicht schaden.
2. Aufziehen, Schulternaht öffnen, dort ein Bündchen und Knöpfe dran, Halsbündchen genauso fest wieder stricken.

Es empfiehlt sich übrigens, vor dem Anstricken des Bündchens den Kopf einmal durch die Öffnung zu stecken. Wenns nicht passt, wird das auch nicht besser, wenn das Bündchen dran ist. Versprochen.

Well, this happens in the best of families: You knit a pullover, like it, wash it, find it adorable, try it on - and get stuck in it, because neck and head are in an irresolvable dispute.

I can offer two solutions, both of which unfortunately require some redoing of neck ribbing.

1. Frog it and knit it more loosely. A few more stitches would do no harm either.
2. Frog it, open one shoulder seam, add ribbing and a few buttons there, reknit the neck ribbing.

It is by the way very advisable to stuck your head through the neck opening, before you knit the ribbing. If it doesn't fit through, ribbing won't improve that. Promise!

Auch das kommt immer wieder vor: Jemand sucht eine Anleitung kostenlos, die es nur für Geld zu haben gibt. Ich finde die Anleitung des Baby Surprise Jackets wunderbar und das Geld für die Anleitung ist wohl angelegt. Wenn es verfügbar ist, kostet es nicht die Welt. Leider habe ich es bei Tichiro nicht gefunden, dort gibt es das normalerweise. Ansonsten würde ich empfehlen, die englische Anleitung (normalerweise ganz unten auf der Seite, heißt A-B-C Suprise Jacket) zu kaufen. Sie ist nicht schwer zu verstehen, und bei Ravelry helfen die Menschen gerne, wenn etwas unklar ist.

Auf jeden Fall lohnt die Suche nach der kostenlosen Anleitung nicht. Wenn es sie irgendwo gibt, dann illegal. Und wenn illegal, dann werden die Veröffentlicher tunlichst drauf gucken, dass man das nicht via Suchmaschine findet.

Well, this happens quite often: Somebody is looking for a pattern for free, which exists only for purchase. I love the pattern for the Baby Surprise Jacket and think, the money for it is well spent. If it is available, it's not too expensive. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the German pattern at Tichiro's, where you can usually purchase it.  Else I would recommend to buy the English pattern (usually at the bottom of the page, named A-B-C Surprise Jacket). It's easy to understand and people at Ravelry are quite happy to help if anything is not clear (this last bit was quite idiotic to translate, since we are talking about knitting patterns in a foreign language, which means, people I'm adressing here won't understand that anyway; well, I translated it, so I will post my idiocy proudly and self-confidently).

Anyway, looking for the free pattern in a search engine seems quite useless to me. If it exists somewhere for free, this is illegal. So the "publishers" will most diligently make sure, that it is not found by any search engine. Not that I'm ever willing to give away something, another person is holding the copyrights on, but if I did, that's what I would do.

Ich vermute, es geht um eine Designerin und ihren Pullover. Ich vermute weiterhin, dass der/die Suchende nicht fündig wurde. Denn ich vermute dritterseits, es handelt sich um Martina Hees, zwei e, ein s. Falls also der/die Suchende nochmals vorbeiguckt, ich hätte zwei Tipps: Verena, die Strickzeitschrift, wo Tina ihre Modelle veröffentlicht, oder Tinas Blog, wo man wenigstens fragen kann. Wenn man Fragen hat.

I suppose, this is about a designer and her sweater. I suppose furthermore, that the searcher couldn't find anything. Because I suppose again, this is about Martina Hees, two e, one s. So if the searcher will search again, I've got two hints for you: Either go to Verena, the magazine Tina published some of her designs in, or read Tinas Blog, where you could ask questions. If you have any.

Nunja, ich würde es mit Garn und Nadeln versuchen und dann einer Anleitung, beispielsweise von Wollklabauter, die gefühlte Zillionen von Windsbräuten als Anleitungen feilbietet.

Well, I would try yarn and needles and a pattern, e.g. by Wollklabauter, who sells roundabout zillions of windsbrides as patterns.
